Chaz Friend ( Wayside Willow)

I am Chaz Friend, trading under the name of Wayside Willow; primary teacher for 24 years, now willow artist and willow craft tutor ( since 2014) . I work in schools ( and other groups such as scouts and guides, etc) across the Midlands and beyond, teaching the ancient craft skills of willow weaving. I  make sculptural pieces with a metal armature by commission but also just because I like to! I run adult courses in willow craft and basket making, while  selling willow products that I have made. I have a sales point and workshop venue at Saints: Newdegate Street, Nuneaton
