Rae (Rachael) Bearder

Rae was born and bred on Guernsey in the Channel Islands, where she now shares her passion for willow weaving through regular workshops.  She volunteers at the Ron Short Centre - teaching people with physical and sensory disabilities how to weave and loves to teach using willow grown on Guernsey.

Rae loves all aspects of weaving - from the traditional Panier a cou to picnic baskets and sculpture and is happy to teach any age and ability.
