Claire Gaudion

Guernsey fishing baskets have been made for generations by local Guernsey fisher-folk. Made predominantly in willow, these baskets include the Ponier à Cou, Courge and Guernsey Crab/Lobster Pot. Claire Gaudion is working to safeguard these unique and endangered baskets through widening their relevance, making, demonstrating and recording this craft.
