Hermione Toulson (Weaving In The Wild)

I am a basket maker based in Midlothian, Scotland. I studied the City & Guilds Level 2 in Basketmaking at Westhope College, and have spent time learning with a variety of other makers including Anne Mette Hjornholm in Denmark, and Alison Fitzgerald. I am particularly interested in frame basketry, rushwork, and 'wild' basketry - the use of locally abundant materials. 

I teach a variety of basketmaking and other natural craft workshops throughout the year.
