2/5, Glanville Place, EDINBURGH, Midlothian, EH3 6SZ BiographyStarted learning basket weaving with Anna Liebmann in August 2021, I was hooked! Since then I have learned more skills with Anna, and Anna Turnbull, Eddie Glew, Hanna Van Aelst, Pen Wilson and Alisha Davidson. I completed my basketry City and Guilds Level 2 at Westhope College, Shropshire in June 2023.
An enthusiastic member of PACC basketry classes held at the Poldrate Arts and Crafts Centre in Haddington, East Lothian, learning with tutor Katie Warner of Edinburgh. Also a regular of fortnightly self help weaving group held there too.
I have just started teaching basketmaking beginner workshops, and hope to advertise dates from November 2023 onwards soon. These will be one to one tutorials, or 1 or 2 day workshops for groups of up to 8 people.
Member of The Basketmakers' Association, Heritage Crafts and The Scottish Basket Makers' Circle.
