I first started making baskets in 1989.  Whilst willow is the main material I use, I'm also very interested in the wide variety of different plant materials that can be used, including rushes and hedgerow and garden materials.  I love weaving and being creative, and the connection to nature.  Basket making can be meditative!  I enjoy teaching basketry too.
