Ruth Thompson

I make sculptures, and structures using locally coppiced willow and hazel. My work is mostly with schools, community organisations and larger organisations, helping people to be creative and find satisfaction in enhancing their outdoor spaces. I also teach basket making, and coppice crafts with an emphasis on the mental wellness benefits of weaving willow.
