Round 2: The Basketmakers’ Professional Development Programme – deadline for applications 5pm, 9 January 2022

We are now inviting applications for the second Basketmakers’ Professional Development Programme, which will run from February to June, 2022. The deadline for applications is 5pm, 9 January, 2022.

The programme will consist of 13 online workshops tailored to basketmakers or chair seaters, who are established as professional makers, and is supported by homework tasks and one to one coaching. Its aim is to give you the skills and confidence to act and make the changes you need to develop your business and practice. It is designed for members, who are established as professional makers.

The programme will be delivered by the expert team at , London’s leading studios for contemporary crafts, Cockpit Arts, and is being jointly funded by the Basketmakers’ Association and the Worshipful Company of Basketmakers’ Charitable Trust.
