Guest ticket Summer meeting 2025

This is a £5 ticket for a guest of a BA member.

As well as a chance to meet other members and catch up with friends, there will be a talk on the heritage baskets, displays from the archive, the book stall and a chance to see the 50 Big Weave frame baskets as well as demonstrations.
We will be meeting at The Lady Margaret Hall, Holbeck, Worksop, Nottinghamshire S80 3NB from 11.30. From there it is a short walk to the Harley Gallery where the Traditional Basketry Project’s exhibition ‘Basketry: Rescuing, Reviving, Retaining’ is on display. This will be a good opportunity to see the exhibition which will be closing on the 28 June.
We will end the meeting with tea and cake back at the hall.
