Rope Coil Weave Weekend

Join Karla Pearce at Bowden Village Hall in the beautiful Scottish Borders to create your own beautiful, colourful statement piece that also functions as a useful basket. This workshop is suitable for mixed abilities.

What you will learn:

-how to create a round base

-how to stake up your basket and wale around your base

-how to use the rope coil weave in one direction (or in two directions if desired)

-how to turn down a rod border

-how to trim your basket
