Round Log/Shopping Basket Weekend

Explore a range of side weaves when you join Karla Pearce to make a beautiful round basket at Bowden Village Hall in the beautiful Scottish Borders. Choose between a log basket or shopping basket to make over the weekend and explore a range of different side weaves.

What you will learn:

-how to create a round base

-how to stake up and weave a three rod wale

-how to weave around the sides with your choice of side weaves

-how to turn down a rod border

-how to insert and wrap a handle (shopping basket) or create side handles or integrated handles (log basket)
