City & Guilds Level 2 Basketry Course

Join us for two days each month from October 2026 to immerse yourself in basketry with a talented, experienced tutors and like-minded students. The City & Guilds Creative Techniques qualification will give you a firm grounding in traditional basketry techniques and allow you to explore innovative approaches to functional and non-functional basketry. It will enable you to become a well-informed designer, able to sample ideas and create well-designed traditional and innovative basketry to a high standard.

The course is suitable for beginners as well as intermediates who wish to broaden their knowledge and improve their basket making skills.

We have some residential accommodation available to students who wish to stay in College during their course.
