Cancellation Policy

BA Residential Course ticket holder

As an association we aim to provide residential courses to our members at cost price with a small amount of contingency built in.

In the event of a cancellation The Basketmakers’ Association is only able to guarantee a full refund, less an administrative cost of £20, if the ticket can be resold.

The BA’s cancellation policy does not affect your statutory right in relation to online purchases.

BA Course

In the unlikely event that a BA course is cancelled, ticket holders will receive a full refund (course and venue costs).
