50th Annual General Meeting

Join us at the BA Autumn Day and 50th AGM that will take place on Saturday 1 November via Zoom.  More information and the Zoom link will be sent to you nearer the time, but in the meantime you can see the programme and agenda below.

We encourage you to join us at this annual event so that you can keep up-to-date with our plans for the future and find out how you can be more involved.  We value your contribution and ongoing support.

AGM agenda


1. Welcome to our guests.  Reply by Prime Warden of the Worshipful Company of Basketmakers.

2. Approval of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 19 October 2024.

3. Reports by the officers of the company

4. Election of an examiner for the accounts

5. Election of Board members for the following year

6. Any other business

The accounts and officers’ reports will be available on the BA website from 17 October, and a copy of the minutes of last year’s AGM and the accounts for 2024/25 will be sent out to members by email.

Please note only members of The Basketmakers’ Association are able to attend the AGM.
