Fine Art Weaving with Natural Materials
Jo will be running this workshop at Found Gallery in Brecon during their Threads Exhibition -a collaborative exhibition responding to Kirsty Macleod’s Red Dress Project.
This workshop creates an enjoyable and meaningful space to explore together. Using natural materials such as willow, bramble, grasses and clematis etc, as well as found objects we will each create a woven image depicting our personal stories and life experiences.
You will learn about the different natural materials that can be used for weaving, as well as some weaving techniques and how to make a willow ring.
Saturday 22nd March 10am – 1pm – £35 https://www.foundgallery.co.uk/
