Willow Bird sculpture course with Joe Gregory
By Joe Gregory
-
Creative with Nature, Rochdale Road, Todmorden, West Yorkshire OL14 7LA UK
This bird sculpture course is one of my longest running courses and still one of my most asked for. Come alone and meet other crafty folk or come with a friend or two for a special day together. You’ll have the choice of various different birds to weave, a hen, cock, heron, goose, or a bird you have in mind…
This is a fun, relaxed course and suitable for everyone. Whether you’re new to weaving or have made sculptures before there will be opportunity to develop your weaving skill set.
These birds all look great in a garden or outdoor space.
The Willows tea and coffee house on the shop floor of the building supplies rainforest alliance coffees and teas and award-winning cakes to keep you topped up during the day’s Weaving.
Notes:
No prior experience needed but you must have good mobility in hands & feet & be able to stand whilst working.
Please wear old (non dangly) clothes, covered toe shoes (no sandals) & little or no jewellry.
Level- beginner/ intermediate
