Woven Lampshades with Mollie McMillen

Banish those winter blues and bring in the light! Discover how to weave your own lampshade in this creative, hands-on full day workshop.

You’ll be working with a variety of materials to create your design including willow, rush, and cattails, The uprights will be scallomed onto a lampshade frame and then using a variety of weaves to create pattern and structure.

Two frame sizes—15 cm and 20 cm—will be available to choose from, allowing each person to create a unique piece that fits their space, with plenty of flexibility for personal experimentation.
