Governance

The Basketmakers’ Association is a membership organisation run by a core group of members, all volunteers, who make up the Board of Directors and those who carry out a number of off-board roles. The Board is bound by the Articles and Memorandum of Association that govern its operation as a Private Company Limited by Guarantee. In addition, the BA has its own rules of governance, the Rules of the BA, but the Articles and Memorandum take precedence in cases of conflict.
