Rush Handbag with Clair Murphy

On this course you will make a rectangular basket for shopping or to use as a handbag-it’s perfect size for A4 folders! The basket is made over a mould, uses a check weave base, a simple foot border and then your choice of weaves for the sides. You can make rush handles or add leather handles ( these incur an extra charge)

This course is suitable for beginners, intermediates and those wishing to improve their rush basketry skills.
