Willow Curlew sculpture course with Joe Gregory

Over the course of the day you will learn everything you need to know to create your own small bird sculptures in a fun friendly and relaxed working environment.

These iconic birds that fly over every summer to nest here on our Moors. Have a very distinct shape and beak and they also have a totally unique call. These birds will look beautiful in the garden or any small space!

Suitable for beginners and those with some Weaving experience a lovely way to spend a day. Come alone and meet other crafty folk or come with a friend or two for a special day together.

The Willows tea and coffee house on the shop floor of the building supplies rainforest alliance coffees and teas and award-winning cakes to keep you topped up during the day’s Weaving.

Notes:

No prior experience needed but you must have good mobility in hands & feet & be able to stand whilst working.

Please wear old (non dangly) clothes, covered toe shoes (no sandals) & little or no jewellry.
