Beginners Basketry Workshop

Two day course to make a round shopping or storage basket using local and Somerset grown willows.
Date: Saturday 28th May to Sunday 29th May (10-5 daily)
Cost: £160 inclusive of all materials plus light refreshments.
All tools provided.
Suitable for complete beginners and also those wishing to improve their basketmaking skills.

Suitable for complete beginners and also those wishing to improve their basketmaking skills.
We will use a range of willow varieties for this workshop to enable you to create a beautiful and practical basket made wholly from natural materials.
The course will be run in the market town of Mold, North Wales in the spacious setting of St Mary’s Church Hall* which allows for good social distancing and also offers free parking in the town centre. The course is limited to 6 places to allow enough time for individual support and tuition.
*Subject to a minimum of 4 course participants
