Harley Gallery’s Discover Art! – Coil Your Own Coaster

The Harley Gallery’s Discover Art! monthly Saturday morning sessions are for children aged 7-11. In May, participants will take inspiration from the Basketry: Rescuing, Reviving, Retaining exhibition to coil their own coaster using traditional techniques.

The session accompanies the Basketry: Rescuing, Reviving, Retaining exhibition. The exhibition forms part of the continued work of the Basketmakers’ Association’s Traditional Basketry Project supported by the The Worshipful Company of Basketmakers and delivered in partnership with Heritage Crafts.
