Hazel Splints Workshop with Rachel Evans

Using the hazel cockle basket as inspiration, you will learn how to make hazel splints for weaving with basketmaker Rachel Evans of Wheatcroft Willow. Once you have prepared some splints you will use pre-prepared hoops to make a shallow frame basket made from willow and hazel.
