Make a Willow Fruit Basket

A great class for those new to basketmaking. While completing a small round basket that can be used for bread or fruit you will learn several willow weaving techniques including creating a base, pairing, upsetting, waling and creating a border.

Classes are for small groups of up to four people in my studio. All the willow we will be using is our homegrown willow and you will get an opportunity to learn about growing, harvesting and preparing willow for weaving.
